Available 50 different shaft arrangement for many different kind of mountings. Also,two ratios, 1/1 and 1/2 for suitable applications.

Specially selected material is used for spiral bevel gear.Gear is rapping finish after heat treatment to ensure the quality.

Material of shaft is heat-treated carbon steel to resist strong bending moment.

"A" shaft is single support and "B" shaft is both end support (In case of model with bearing housing, "B" and "C" shaft are single support)

Lubrication is oil bath lubrication system, splash sufficient oil to the gear and bearing.

For sealing, used oil seal for rolling parts and O-Ring with liquid packing for opening area to ensure preventing leakage.

Structure
- This series uses a straight bevel gear. A special steel is heat treated, ensuring sufficient durability for high transmission capacity.
- The shaft is made of carbon steel or a specialty steel in order to provide sufficient durability versus bending force.
- A tapered roller bearing is used. Cantilever support is provided for shaft "A" and double-sided support is provided for shaft "B." The bearings receive the thrust and radial load of each shaft.
- The housing is manufactured from gray cast iron.
- This series uses oil bath lubrication.

Structure
- This series uses a spiral bevel gear. After a special steel is heat treated, it is finished with lapping to improve accuracy.
- The shaft is made of heat-treated carbon steel in order to provide sufficient durability versus bending force.
- The bearing is a deep groove ball bearing.
- Shaft "A" is supported with cantilever support while shaft "B" is supported from both sides.
- The housing is manufactured from corrosion resistant aluminum alloy.
